We have been super busy the last few weeks. When Travis got home from Fort Hood, 6 days before the shooting happened...(just in time)...we hit the ground running! It was Halloween weekend so we had a small halloween party/piano night. It was a hit! I dressed up as household Minnie, and he was Elton John, since he was playing the piano all night. It was so fun. Some of our friends came dressed up, some did not. But we all had a blast!

Little Jack dressed as a Giraffe and slept the entire night!
The next day we had a Unit-Wide Picnic at a local park. It was kind of a way for other wives and families to get to know one another before the deployment begins. It was a ton of fun.
