Wisconson Trip!

Hello World! I am about to leave Wisconson and head back down to good ole' Kentucky. I came up here for a wedding reception for our great friend Jim and his new wife Ally. They are such special friends and we would have gone any where for them. It was also an excuse to see our other great friends Josh and Shawnda. It was such a fun trip. We all had a blast and I have never seen so much snow and ice that never melts. It really was beautiful flying in and seeing. It was VERY cold here! Many times I thought I was ready to be back in hot Savannah, GA. I need to remember that when it is hitting the 100 degree mark.

This was my first big event that involved old friends and a wedding without Travis. It was very difficult at times. I was very sad a few times because I could imagine what kind of joke he would be saying or who he would be making fun of for something. I loved being able to see our friends, but I know Travis was sad. These are some of our greatest friends, so him not making this event was diffcult for him. But we all got to skype with him every morning and for those moments it was almost like he was here with us.

Shawnda have been told we are like sisters from another life. We go months without seeing eachother but we try to talk weekly. It has been awesome to see her and Josh as parents! Anyways, we are so much alike that when we saw eachother we were wearing almost the same jacket! HA!

Here are all the girls! This is the top that Travis surprised me with for Christmas! He did an awesome job! And Ally, We are so thrilled to get to spend some time with you and we look forward to many more memories made!

Just insert Travis there right next to me! We miss him!
