Feeling Blessed!

There are many reasons I have to feel blessed! I have an amazing husband who supports and loves me no matter what. Our families are so supportive and involved in our military life. We appreciate all the love and support they give us. Our friends are awesome and are considered our military family. I am not sure how I would live without them! Near or far, our friends and family are here for us, no matter what! But living here in Savannah, we have gotten involved in a great church. Since we live in a 'military' town, every now and then, they ask members of the military or family members of a person in the military to stand. Then they pray over us. It is a great feeling to have complete strangers put their loving hands on your shoulders and pray over you. This happened this past Sunday. My eyes filled with tears and I had an instant wave of peace and comfort come over me. I left church that morning feeling energized and ready to 'power through' the rest of this deployment with God leading me every step of the way. I know I have struggled this deployment and have not leaned on God every chance I had, but now is as good a time as any to get back to that point. In other news, I can't WAIT to worship with my husband again! God has always been the center of our relationship. I can't wait to have that intimate moment of worshipping with him again! Soon and very soon!

In other news, Travis is doing good. His computer broke after R&R, so he has been bored, but he is making it! Just another month and some change, he should be home! We are advised not to put it out publicly on the internet, but lets just say its coming up! It can't come fast enough for either of us! I am staying busy. My girlfriends and I actually just planned out our next month together. Its so fun being at a restaurant eating lunch and we all have out our calendars making sure we all have everything scheduled. Its like a little family meeting, combing calendars! These girls are awesome! But we are all trying to stay as busy as possible, we are going to finish this deployment out strong!!! Sorry, I don't have pictures to but up, I am about to paint my last room, so I will post pictures of all my house projects! Thanks for checking in!
