The Iron Viper is offcially over and I couldn't be happier! It was brutal, but its complete and I did pretty good! This is what we had to do: 20 push-ups in 2 mins. 35 sit-ups in 2 mins, 1 mile run in 9 mins, and 6 mile ruck march with 20lbs+ on our backs in 1.5hrs. I did 20 push-ups, 39 sit-ups, 1 mile run in 10 mins, and 1hr. 26 min ruck. I think I did pretty good! I am trying to upload a video of Travis. Some husbands were given the opportunity to give shout-outs to their wives for after the iron viper. I heard Travis's voice at the most perfect time. I had just finished the ruck and was heading over to take my backpack off and all of a sudden I heard his voice. I instantly had tears in my eyes. I am ready to get him home! I saw it twice and loved every second! The weather was gorgeous and as hard as it was, I know I am glad its over and I am better for doing it. My friends and I all had a great time making our tshirts together, and sweating through it together! Now we are all apart of the LGN Club...look good, well you know! :) The last couple of days I have been pretty sore, but I am healing, slowly but surely!

My Lady Knighthawk Medal!
