Today is the day...
Today we closed on our beautiful house! We are loving everything about it! The builder was so kind to let up move in early, before closing, and get settled in. If the builder would not have let us move in, we would have lived in a hotel for 3 weeks! yuck! I am sitting here listening to Travis play some tunes on the piano...we have everything pretty much livable. Our bedroom, closet, and bathroom were top priority when the movers left. We could not even walk into our bathroom it was so full of boxes. So, we got those rooms finished the first couple of days and then we moved onto the kitchen. That room is now workable, so we can cook now! I am saying we in all of these statements....Travis has been a big help, mainly setting up all the electronics and figurering out all of the army stuff we need to do. He has also gotten a majority of his in-processing complete! Overall it has been a very productive week. We are making quite a collection of yard sale/give-away items. We are trying to weed out all the clutter while we unpack boxes. We have so much space in our new house and we want to keep it that way! Everyday that passes in the new house is a day that we are thankful and proud to call it our home. It is just so perfect for us! Even Foxy has her own little room/closet to call hers! :) Well I just wanted to update a bit a let everyone know we are doing great! We are really happy and can't wait for people to start visiting!!!!
Here is the truck before the packing began...
Here is the truck just before doing the last minute items...we filled that truck to the brim...they could hardly close it!!
