Our New Home...

Today was the day we bought a house!!! I cannot even believe it! This was the first house we saw yesterday, and every other house we saw after it we were comparing to the first one! It is a brand new home, built in 2009. No one has lived in it yet, so we will be the first! We can't wait to make it 'ours'!!! It is beautiful, I told Travis that it has everything in a home that I wanted but didn't count on getting. It has all the new upgrades, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tile in foyer, kithcen, and bathrooms. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. We are beyond excited about the whole process. We think we had the BEST realtor in Savannah...her name was Leigh Breon with Remax. If you are buying in the Savannah area we HIGHLY recommend using her! She was great! This is the kitchen/breakfast area that is off of the living room. Our backyard backs up to a wooded area that backs up to another neighborhood, so no chances of the wooded lot being taken away for another house...

right...the laundry room/garage is literally right behind where this picture was taken.

That is pretty much it. The 3 other bedrooms and 1 bathroom is to the left of the living room and front door and the master suite is to the right...we are very excited! Hope you enjoy the pictures! We feel a real peace about buying this house and we feel like God's hand was on everything we did!
