Savannah, ready or not....

Today is the day we move to Savannah, GA. It is a little bittersweet! We have loved pretty much every minute of our life at Mother Rucker (The nickname for Fort Rucker). We have made some pretty awesome friends and have some amazing memories to show for it. We will always remember our time together here because it was the first place that we consistently spent time together, since we were apart all four years of West Point. We honestly have learned how to be a husband and wife to each other here! It has been great!! But all good things have to come to an end...We are moving today to another amazing place! I know Savannah will bring us more friends and even more great memories! We may buy our own house which is a big step and I am sure we will have other milestones to cross there! I am looking forward to the move but deployment and Travis leaving is always in the back of my mind. I have no fears about how we will do as a couple during that time. We are strong together and apart! He is my best friend and I know he is going to do something he enjoys. I am sure that time apart will teach us a lot more about each other, as a couple. Just please say a little prayer that all will go smoothly in our move, because as we learned at Rucker, things can not be so smooth sometimes! :) Thanks for reading, I will catch everyone up once we have internet and some updates!
