Just some thoughts...

I know that I don't have much room to complain here in Savannah, but I am so tired of the cold weather! Like I said, no room to complain, it is not snowing, but it is still cold here! Today I think the highs are going to be in the 40s, but we have high wind gust advisory out, like 40mph winds! Which means it will feel a lot colder! BRRR!

Life in Savannah has been great, but super busy! I am still job searching and would love all the prayers I can get! All my new friends and I have been busy hanging out, running errands together, many dinners and lunches. I have learned that through this deployment that fellow Army spouses become practically family! Since all of our family is more than a few hours away, we all kind of step in! It is an amazing bond we have that I will never forget and be thankful for! I have been missing my family lots and wish I could be there. I am hoping to take a trip up there soon!

Our cat Foxy has been going crazy...not really...but ever since she was a baby she has loved getting into toilet paper! Well, we thought we had broken the habit, but since we moved and Travis has left, it is like her new found toy. I have to keep all the doors to bathrooms shut, except for our bathroom bc that is where her litter box and food it. But no matter how clever I think I am being about my hiding places, she finds them! It is getting to the point I may have to start keeping the TP in the cabinet and have to remember to get it out! She just loves ripping it into little pieces and ruining an entire roll! I don't have too many pics, but enjoy...

I think I caught her in the act when I was getting home because the pieces are all still fairly big, and luckily there isn't much left on that roll. When I came home, she came running out of our bedroom acting so sweet! That little stinker!

Well, on another note! Travis is doing great! He is hoping to be getting a flying job, as soon as one opens up. He has about 20 something hours under his belt, while his friends have 100-200+ so he is ready to start flying more, so he doesn't get left behind! He did send me some pictures!

If you look really closely, this is Travis actually flying...it was taken by another aircraft and sent to him. He is the helmet in the front seat! I thought this was the coolests picture! This will probably be the one I print off and hang up in our house! I love it!
